The website is operated by Designu AS.
Designu only has access to systems necessary for the technical operation, maintenance, and security of the website.

Designu does not process personal data related to customers because:

  • there are no payment solutions or user login functions
  • the collection of personal data takes place in external systems outside the website

Any processing of personal data in such third-party systems is governed by the suppliers’ own privacy policies.

Personal data is only disclosed:

  • Information related to customer purchases is stored for up to 3.5 years after the customer relationship ends.
  • Accounting data is stored in accordance with the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (typically 5 years).
  • Anonymised statistical data is stored without the possibility of identifying individuals.

 

When the data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • request correction or deletion
  • request restriction of processing
  • object to processing
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability)
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
